If you need a tax invoice, you can contact our customer service team to request one within 14 days after placing your order.
Liverpool FC send confirmation email for every purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please contact us.
During this temporary situation, please expect to receive your order :
- BKK Metro Area: 1-3 working days
- Up Country Area: 2-4 days
Remark:
- During public holidays, delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days.
- Deliveries in remote areas can take an extra 2-3 working days.
- Certain items may require time to be assembled, therefore delaying the delivery period.
- Certain items will be shipped directly by supplier.
- For personalized items, please note that the delivery time may be extended by approximately 5–7 business days.
Yes, we do. We offer free shipping nationwide if your order over 990 baht. If the order below 990 baht, extra charge delivery fee is 80 baht.
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
Your delivery address cannot be changed for an order that has already been placed. However, you can change your delivery address just before making your order at the checkout page. To do so, just click on the “Delivery Address” bar at the checkout page. We are sorry in any inconveniences.
You may receive the purchase order confirmation document before your actual product arrive. Don’t worry! Your product is on the way. We recommend you keep the document as the evidence for receiving the product.
The products delivered by our seller partners might have additional installation and delivery fee. The fee will be collected directly from our seller partners at delivery date.

Products can be returned under the following conditions:
- Return within 14 days after receive
- The product must be in its original condition with price tag, add-on accessories, and warranty card which have not been damaged nor removed

If you receive the product, but it is not a perfect fit for you or if the product found to be damaged or if you receive a totally different product from what you order, don’t worry we got you covered! You can return the product by completing these 3 simple steps

There are 2 ways in which you can return the item depending on your return reason

2.Knock Door Service: We will retrieve the item(s) at your doorstep free of charge For your information: knock-door return service could be done only if specific terms and conditions are met. This means that your return reasons should be either one of these followings
a) Defective item
b) Wrong item received
c) Wrong size received
d) Wrong measurement on website
e) Items look different from the website
After submitting online form, you will receive an email from us requesting for additional information or item pictures which you wish to return. We will consider the case and confirm back to you.
In case that you have lost or damaged the original Liverpool FC Online parcel box. you can put the items you wish to return in a similar parcel box. However, you need to have the package that counts as part of the product such as shoes box

Case of return of transportation
1. Order cancel before ship -> FULL refund with delivery fee
2. Order cancel by seller -> FULL refund with delivery fee
3. Order return due to seller's fault e.g. wrong product delivery -> FULL refund with delivery fee
4. Order cancel by customer, return due to not seller's fault -> Refund without delivery fee
Once we receive your returned items and finish our quality inspection procedure, Liverpool FC will refund you based on your payment method. Please find the refund processing period below.
